The apples are a stunning vibrant red colour and deliver a crisp aromatic flavour, they’re best when eaten early in the season as they do not store as well as other varieties. Queen Cox trees are sensitive to cold and wet conditions, so the tree is better suited to Southern Areas of the UK which are a little warmer and drier than northern areas - bit of a softy really!
