Pine was once known as the 'Sweetest of the Woods' and was said to symbolise fertility.
The Scots Pine Tree is native to Scotland and is a favourite with many families at Christmas time.
This Little Lady can grow to around 36m after 10 years although will keep nicely in a pot for the first 2-3 years.
Scots Pine tree supplied is 20-40cm tall. (Depending on season).

The juvenile fully branched narrow outline alters as a maturing tree loses its lower branches and forms a flatter spreading crown.
The Scots Pine tree can grow to 120ft (36m) if left unclipped.
A native of the once extensive Caledonian pine forests the Scots Pine tree with its characteristic craggy bark, pink in colour at the top of the tree, still graces Highland lochs and mountains. Paired needles are usually twisted and shorter than those of most pine trees.
Cones nearest the branch tips are fertilised in the previous spring; cones below are two year old maturing; the lowest cones are three years old and ripe.

Delivery options

This product can be delivered by 1st Class Royal Mail postage (standard) or by next day courier service (premium). Deliveries are undertaken between Tuesday and Saturday each week. Saturday deliveries incur an extra surcharge.
