Berry Box Gift   Blackberries and Loganberries

The Berry Box is a perfect gift for anyone who loves growing their own fruit to eat or to make jars of jams with. Each plant has been grown in England and are of the higest quality. This specially selected this berry mix provides ripe fruit from July through to September each year. A lovely fruit gift idea for someone that loves chomping on berries!

The Loganberry is very similiar to it's parents the Blackberry and Raspberry. It has a great sharp flavour and is perfect for making jam and it goes great with apples in pies and crumbles and also makes a very good wine. The Loganberry is at it's best when picked fully ripe and is a deep purple colour.

The Blackberry, is perfect for jams, juice, pies and just about anything really. This little family are also a nutritious bunch and are packed with fibre, vitamin C and folic acid, and next to no calories.

• Suitable for all sizes of gardens and good for decking and patios.
• We recommend planting the fruit bushes into large pots or into borders where they can grow bigger and produce a lot more fruit.
• Blackberries ready for picking in August-September and the Loganberries will be ready in mid July-August each year.
• Position soft fruit in a south facing position if possible to get more sunshine and encourage better fruit growth.
• Both Blackberry and Loganberry plants are self fertile.
• Fruit plants supplied are 1 year old in 3 litre pots.
