Our Pet Memorial Plaques are made from solid pewter and feature seven tiny moulded pawprints. We will engrave your pet memorial plaque with your own message before posting it to you along with a purpose made wooden plinth.

Our Pet Memorial Plaque includes:

One solid pewter pet memorial plaque.
One personal engraving (up to 80 characters, including spaces). Blank plaques are also available if required.
Dimensions of the plaque are height 55mm x width 60mm (2.16 inches x 2.36 inches)
One purpose made wooden plinth with screws
Packaged up into a small cardboard box
Delivered to an address of your choice (UK and Ireland only)

Ordering

Placing an order with Tree2mydoor

Once you buy a tree2mydoor gift, you can include a greetings card along with your own personal message. You can select a target delivery date when you place an order. We will normally dispatch your order one day before your target delivery date. (Monday to Thursday). Orders over £50 qualify for free delivery.

Delivery options

This product can be delivered by 1st Class Royal Mail postage (standard) or by next day courier service (premium). Deliveries are undertaken between Tuesday and Saturday each week. Saturday deliveries incur an extra surcharge.

Order tracking and after sales service

Every tree2mydoor customer gets access to a secure customer area of our website called MyTree. You can track and edit your order from your mytree page which helps to save you time and hassle. Plus your recipient can register with us as well to tell the story of their tree - whatever the occasion.
