Double wedding gift for Minogues? - 11/09/09

The Minogue sisters' homes in Melbourne could end up swamped with wedding gifts after reports that sisters Kylie and Dannii are planning to head down the aisle together.

The showbiz icons are said to be considering a joint wedding in their home city in Australia.

Pop princess Kylie, 41, is dating Spanish model Andres Velencoso, while reality TV star Dannii is rumoured to be close to a proposal from her boyfriend, former rugby league player Kris Smith.

A source told Look magazine: "The girls have been joking for years about racing each other down the aisle, but now it looks like it could come true.

"Dannii has been telling pals she has always dreamed of having a joint wedding with her big sister, and this is the first time both sisters have been blissfully happy in relationships at the same time."

Their parents Ron and Carol are said to be looking forward to the double celebrations.

The source added: "Nothing would make Kylie and Dannii's parents happier than to see their girls get hitched back home in Melbourne."
