Take That release special gift book - 21/04/09

If you are looking for a special gift for a Take That fan, then this autumn the band plan to release a "fantastic collector's" photographic book.

The book will be published by Penguin in two volumes and features personal and previously unseen pictures celebrating everything from when the bad formed in 1990 to the present day.

The images will include personal pictures from the Take That archive, as well as specially-commissioned new photography, with text written by the band, making it the perfect special gift.

Jonathan Wild, on behalf of the band, said: "The guys have wanted to do a book for a long time, but it was important that the timing, as well as the creative idea was right.

"They're really looking forward to producing what will be a fantastic collector's piece featuring imagery spanning almost two decades, along with comment which is both honest and personal."

The book will be published in October following the band's summer tour.
