Stars bow to Susan's unique gift - 17/04/09
Hollywood star Demi Moore was said to be moved to tears after hearing Britain's Got Talent sensation Susan Boyle`s unique gift.
The 47-year-old unemployed church volunteer took to the stage in front of judges Simon Cowell, Piers Morgan and Amanda Holden and wowed them all with her rendition of I Dreamed A Dream from the musical Les Miserables.
Ms Boyle, from Blackburn in West Lothian, has now captured the hearts of stars across the world and has becomes a global phenomenon with millions logging onto YouTube to watch the performance.
Actress Demi, who starred in Ghost and is married to Ashton Kutcher, was so stunned by the unusual gift that she wrote about it on Twitter.
Ashton wrote the performance had "made his night" to which Demi replied "you saw it made me teary".
Ms Boyle, who told the judges she hopes to be as successful as Elaine Paige, said she was overwhelmed to discover the star had seen her.
Ms Boyle said: "That's overwhelming. That's something else."
The sensation has now become the bookies' favourite to win the competition and perform at the Royal Variety Performance.
