Thank you so much for making my experience of purchasing a rose bush gift a pleasurable one. I was looking for a special gift for my mum’s 70th birthday and roses are her favourite flower. When I found your website I was a little anxious at first about not being able to pick and see the rose bush before buying it.

When it arrived, it was packed with such care and arrived on time. The rose bush is beautiful and perfect, and my mum is really pleased with her gift. I found the whole experience with your company absolutely brilliant and have recommended your service to several work colleagues.

Just a quick email to pass on my sincere appreciation and thanks for your amazing customer service. On Friday evening, I ordered a Wild Cherry Tree for delivery to my mum this week, as a wee memorial to my gran who sadly passed away this time last year.

The anniversary is tomorrow, so I phoned your customer service team yesterday to ask if it might be delivered by Wednesday. The person I spoke to couldn’t have been more help. Once I explained the situation, he arranged for the order to be dispatched that day — which was a huge relief, as my folks live in the Highlands and we weren’t confident next-day delivery would be assured.

The order arrived today. My mum is absolutely delighted and says it will be a fitting way to remember my gran. So thank you again — people rarely get in touch to say they’re happy, but I really do appreciate the effort to get this delivered in time. Please pass on my thanks to everyone involved. I’ll have no hesitation recommending you to friends and family.

Hi Team, just have to give you some great feedback. This was such an important gift for my sister’s 40th and all had to go well. From the call she made to re-arrange the delivery date (lovely Irish voice by the way!) nothing was too much trouble — very courteous and friendly — right through to the drop on the 20th.

My mum phoned me this morning very excited at the arrival of the Merryweather damson tree. The tree is my surprise Christmas present to her and my sister who live together on a small farm in North Wales. They have a cottage garden and orchard, and the damson tree will take pride of place so my mum can see it from her wheelchair in the cottage.

My nephew is a tree surgeon and he said the tree is very healthy and will grow wonderfully. Mum can’t wait to make her first batch of damson jam (she’s 90 next birthday!). Thank you so much — I’m so happy I came across your website just by chance.
