How do I find what I am looking for?
You can either browse the entire website by clicking on the four main buttons at the top of the page. Alternatively, click on the tree2mydoor.com logo and it will take you to the home page where all the latest information can be viewed. We also have a treesearch facility, simply write in the tree that you are looking for and click 'go' for your product search to be complete. You may also look at the tree2mydoor sitemap page for a full list of available pages.

How do I order a tree sapling?
Once you have found the product you want, click on the buy button beside it. Confirm your order, then fill in your payment and delivery details.

How do I order a Native Wildflower pack?
Once you have found the product you want, click on the buy button beside it. Confirm your order, then fill in your payment and delivery details.

How do I order a Christmas tree?
Once you have found the product you want, click on the buy button beside it. Confirm your order, then fill in your payment and delivery details.

Can I order tree2mydoor products offline?
Yes, you can. You can call our order line on +44 (0)845 241 8733 (9am to 5pm).

How can I save money on tree2mydoor products?
You can save money through a number of ways:
1) Order online and get £3 off the total of the order. (Offline orders incur a £3 order fee.)
2) Once you order, sign up to the 'my tree' club for details of special offers throughout the year.

How do I find out more information about a particular product?
If there is an image of the product on display, simply click on it and you can access further information about it. Alternatively, click on the 'find out more' link at the top of the product page.

How much will postage and packaging cost?
The cost of postage and packaging will differ according to what you have ordered. The variations are as follows:
1) Single tree sapling - £3.00 (standard) or £8.00 (premium).
2) Tree Sapling pack (x4) - £5.00 (standard) or £10.00 (premium).
3) Native Wildflowers (x4 only) - £5.00 (standard) or £10.00 (premium).
4) Christmas eco-tree - Inclusive (standard) or £8.00 (premium).

What forms of payment can I use?
We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa/Delta, Mastercard/Eurocard, American Express, Switch/Solo, Visa Electron.

Is VAT included in the price of my product/s?
Yes, the VAT rate of 20.0% is included in the price of all products.

Do you deliver to addresses outside the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland?
No, we currently only deliver our products to the UK and Northern Ireland*.
* Christmas eco-trees are only delivered within a 20 miles radius of central Manchester.

Where are the products grown?
Our native wildflowers and tree saplings are grown in the UK.
Our Christmas eco-trees are either grown in Scotland or Denmark.

What is an eco-tree?
tree2mydoor only sells eco-trees. Our trees add to the reduction of harmful carbon emissions from the environment. To support the sustainable tree growing industry is to help cut harmful emissions and help safeguard thousands of jobs.
Our eco-trees are trees grown in sustainable yule forests for Christmas. Once our trees are felled, the ground is turned and new saplings are planted in the springtime. It has been proven that real sustainably grown trees are good for the environment compared to artificial trees, which can be more harmful to the environment.

What size will my ordered product be when I receive it?
The size of your product/s will differ according to what you have ordered. The variations are as follows:
1) Single tree sapling - 30cm to 50cm length.
2) Native Wildflowers (x4 only) - 20cm to 50cm length.
3) Christmas eco-tree - Either 3.5ft, 4ft, 6ft, 7ft or 8ft.

How will my product be packaged?
Your product will be packaged according to your order type. The variations are as follows:
1) Single tree sapling - Outside, spiral enclosed tube, with label (62cm). Inside, tree sapling with the root system wrapped in a plastic sleeve and contained within a drawstring jute bag. Personal message card. Products card.
2) Native Wildflowers (x4 only) - A specially designed plastic mail pack containing four plants, labels.
3) Christmas eco-tree - Cut, netted with a product label. Pot Grown, netted or plastic bag with label.

How can I change my order?
Providing you have not confirmed your order, click on the shopping cart icon on the top right hand side of the screen. Click on the remove button or alter the quantity of the product you want and click recalculate. Either continue shopping or confirm the order.

Will I receive a print invoice/receipt with the order?
No, you will receive a digital invoice supplied through your e-mail. You may print this information off. We keep the amount of packaging to a minimum, reducing the affect on the environment.

When was tree2mydoor founded?
Tree2mydoor.com was launched in November 2002 for the Christmas Tree market in and around Manchester. The site was upgraded and re-launched in November 2003.
